Alexandra's 4th Birthday - Bouncehouses!

Oh what fun!!! We went to Alexandra's 4th Birthday today at a "Pump It Up" place in Fort Worth. For those of you unfamiliar with this place, it is a great place to have a kid's birthday party. It is essentially a venue with a party room, a lobby, a restroom, and a large, climate-controlled & carpeted warehouse space that has 4 of those HUGE bounce houses in it. The kids run wild (as do some parents), which means they sleep well that night. I also ran wild, playing with them. Sophia is just a bit small to be able to do much of the activities by herself, so good old Dad (emphasize old) lugs her up the difficult-to-navigate-in-socks vinyl stairs so she can slide down. It is soooo worth it just to see the smile and laugh on the girl's faces as they are playing. Needless to say, it is topped of with a sugar injection of cake to wire them up for the drive home. Good times.
